Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sparkmora at https://sparkmora.com. By creating an account, buying credits or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Sparkmora is an independent web interface that turns a photo into a short video using third-party AI models. You choose from preset effects and styles. Sparkmora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You sign in with a one-time email link and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Each video uses the number of credits shown before you confirm it.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and collects applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s terms.
• Prices may change for future purchases; credits you already own are not affected.

4. Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including permission from any person who appears in them, and that your use does not violate any law or third-party right. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI processing provider.

As between you and us, you may use the videos you create for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. AI output can be similar across users, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or free of third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block content that breaks it and may suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously. Credits on accounts closed for policy violations are not refunded.

6. Availability and quality

AI generation is probabilistic. Results vary and may contain imperfections. We do our best to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a video fails, its credits are returned (see the Refund Policy).

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
