Failed videos

If a video fails or no video is returned, the credits for it are added back to your balance automatically. If you do not see them, contact us and we will fix it.

Unused credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy.

Used credits

Credits already spent on successfully generated videos are not refundable, because the AI processing cost is incurred immediately. We will still look at any case where you believe something went wrong.

Policy violations

Accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance.
