What is a credit?
Credits pay for videos. A 5-second HD video uses 10 credits; AI sound effects add 50%; a 10-second video uses twice as many. The exact cost is shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Failed videos are refunded as credits automatically. Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
Who processes the payment?
Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the checkout, sales tax and VAT, and receipts. We never see your card number.
Is tax included?
Prices are in USD. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
